Growing up, sibling rivalry was a REAL thing. A real difficult thing. I have twin brothers who are 3 years younger, and we were endlessly at each others necks. One of them became more of a quiet onlooker as the other one and I found anything and everything to squabble about. My mother even sat me down as I packed for college, instructing me to cool it or I could lose something important. THANK goodness we learned to shake it off and debate properly. We still get into it every so often, but the rebound time is record. I mean, it’s really quite impressive. But I digress…I’m proud of these two men for many reasons; they’ve overcome a lot in their short lives. Through that healing process they found color and clothing, and not just any clothing, but vintage. One is more into long coats, and the other, hats and gloves. They coordinate their outfits down to the very detail, and it’s a blast browsing local shops with them.

Today’s theme is red with a mustard yellow nail. And the brother? Connor. He’s here to tell you a bit more about these specific pieces:

“Since childhood, red has always been my color. And in the past few years, as my wardrobe has become more genderfluid and massive, I thought to start putting together monochromatic looks. This is the FIRST, and is most inspired by Carmen San Diego. As I could never quite find her, I instead decided to become her!”  @good_willhelmina
